Identifying and preventing medication errors is a significant challenge in all health care settings. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians must be equipped to handle these challenges effectively. Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to discuss the pre safety evaluations and list 4 strategies that can be employed in the pharmacy to help reduce medication errors.
