Description

Our collaboration with Otafuku is a nod to their classic Summer special: a cold soba noodle dish with thinly sliced discs of Sudachi - in which the Sudachi is grown in their backyard. This honey is very very very (I cannot express this enough) special. It's wildflower honey from our friends at Hapa Honey creamed with the last harvest ever of Sudachi from Mud Creek Ranch which we first fermented then dehydrated. It is also whipped with Kettl Sobacha for a nutty, textural pop.
