Description
The palo santo incense sticks are packed per 10 in a handmade cardboard box. Each stick has a burning time of around 20 to 30 minutes. The length The cooperation is made by members of a cooperation from a small village in the coastal area of Ecuador. Many family members participate in making this beautiful product. The oldest sister does the sales, the brother makes the boxes, everyone rolls the incense sticks and the neighbour brings them with his car to Mindo, a day ride for them. Only natural materials are used. The glue is made out of the sticky berry from a local plant and the wooden sticks come from a local trees that surround the community we work with. Besides making palo santo products this community lives of gathering honey from the palo santo forest. The beeswax that is gathered we use to make very nice infused that you can also find in our shop. They are amazing for spreading a light scent while illuminating your meditation and ceremonial space. Bursera graveolens is a tree that grows abundantly in the region where we get our Palo santo from.
