A Bordeaux blend composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc sourced from biodynamic vines grown on the gravely soils of the Sénéjac plateau. Handharvested grapes were individually fermented and aged apart utilizing indigenous yeast populations prior to blending into final cuvee.
