This wine is made from 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir. It represents the 'origin' of the family's winemaking legacy, with a focus on small production and careful craftsmanship. The wine has been aged in barrels and foudre, with a solera project underway. This cuvée is a celebration of the family's 45ha vineyard in Burgundy, where Adrien calls home and admits having so much great terroir at his disposal.
