Situated between Málaga and Sevilla, this small-batch, family-owned, certified organic olive oil is a superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from mechanical means without heat or chemicals. The olives are milled within an hour of being picked in their mobile mill, with 0.16% acidity. This Spanish olive oil comes in at 661 mg/kg of total polyphenols, which is above the 250 mg/kg benchmark set by EU Regulation for high-polyphenol olive oils.
