Description
This Champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay. From our Importer: In 2010, at the age of 26, Etienne Calsac took over his family's 5.5 hectares of vines in the Montagne de Reims. He farms all of his land organically and biodynamically, and uses only native yeasts in the cellar. The wine is aged for almost 2 years on the fine lees, with a portion in barrel and the remainder in stainless steel. Enjoy it on your 'great escape' with a cold Maine-style lobster roll and crisp kettle chips.
