Winemakers Bryan and Shellie Croft are both alums of Napa’s renowned Silverado Vineyards and, thanks to their deft touch, this 2021 Ashlyn Pinot Noir is a standout. Sourced primarily from an Eola-Amity Hills vineyard, this wine offers a compelling mix of fruit and savory notes, with a Burgundian sensibility. Aromas of dark cherry, kola nut, dried lilacs, red roses, and damp forest floor carry through to a complex mouthfeel driven by dried herb and spice notes. This wine is enjoyable now and will continue to develop through 2028.
