Alalaho offers a holistic, psycho-spiritual approach to human flourishing which integrates the safe and lawful use of psychedelics with other transformational practices. Our 4-day and 5-day psilocybin-assisted retreats in the Netherlands and in Spain are carefully designed to prepare you to let go into a receptive, trusting state of mind (set), in an environment in which you feel completely safe and supported (setting). Both preparation and integration are foundational to our approach. We include exercises and approaches from a variety of disciplines, including modern psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, and other forms of inner exploration, to create a comprehensive and deeply transformative experience.
