From the coastal Chinese province of Fujian, China, this beautiful black tea has notes of golden honey, earth and cocoa. Similar in flavor to a Yunnan black tea but sweeter and milder. Steep for 3 minutes, just below boiling water. Use the same tea leaves to enjoy a second brew. Steep one heaping teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of below boiling water, 200°F, for 4 minutes. Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
