The Copain winery is perched on a hill overlooking the serenely beautiful Russian River Valley. The Pinots are made with fully de-stemmed fruit and are aged in French oak barrels, approximately 25% new. These are some of the most refined, subtle, and exciting wines being made in Sonoma today.
