This wine comes from a blend of vineyards throughout Napa Valley. It is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Blanc, and 10% Ribolla Gallica. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak for 8 months. This wine is a beautiful pale straw color with aromas of white peach, pear, and honeysuckle. The palate is bright and fresh with flavors of green apple, lemon, and a hint of minerality. The finish is crisp and clean with a touch of salinity.
