Description

Tsubame Note, a Japanese stationery company founded in 1936, began crafting its own paper and notebooks in 1946. Their signature "Fool's paper" was developed in response to the high-end Foolscap paper from England. Notably, Fool's paper is exceptionally smooth and dries remarkably fast, a beneficial feature often lacking in fountain pen friendly papers. Crafted with a traditional lattice method using water-based ink, the pages are designed to not interfere with fountain pen ink. This enduring technique and design has remained consistent since its inception. Popular among college students, this item is also known as the "University Notebook."
