The Dash+ sports some notable improvements over the OG G Pen Dash, whilst it is packed into a similarly compact aluminium body the new Dash+ features a hybrid heating mechanism that offers both convection and conduction heating offering the best flavour and power. Whilst, in comparison, the original G Pen Dash only has conduction heating. The Gpen Dash features 3 LED'S that indicate the temperature and battery life, whilst the new Dash Plus has a full-colour LED as well as offering accurate temperature control rather than only preset temps.
