This is a 1 8–11″ long x 4.5″ – 7″ wide Shiitake Log that will give you Shiitake Mushrooms for the new 2+ years! Shiitake mushrooms areear in 4-10 days. You should be able to “Force Fruit” your log every 2 – 3 Months with these soaking. The monthly soaking keeps the moisture content high which the Mushroom Logs need to produce fruit!
