We use lots of Càphê Roasters' Vietnamese espresso blend to create a strong & tasty popsicle. The espresso blend is smooth & chocolatey, which we steep overnight to create a well balanced concentrate. We then add the traditional (and most-perfect) mix in, sweetened condensed milk, which gives the pop a wonderful sweetness and creamy texture.
