Osmocote Blend 18-5-12 (8-9M) is a controlled-release homogenous fertilizer designed for general-purpose application on foliage, nursery plants, flower beds, and landscapes. It features an 18-5-12 NPK formulation combined with essential micronutrients to provide nourishment and enhance plant growth. The fertilizer contains 100% resin-coated N-P-K nutrient granules, combined with uncoated prills and STEP Hi-Mag granular micronutrients. The uncoated water-soluble granules quickly release important nutrients which help establish newly planted plants and flowers, while the resin-coated nutrient cores absorb moisture and feed the plants slowly within a 9-month period. It is great for quick greening applications, as well as to neutralize the nitrogen draw of green bark. The STEP Hi-Mag helps improve the balance of trace elements to maximize plant development. The product can be incorporated or surface-applied and provides longevity of up to 8-9 months. Comes in a 50 lb. bag.
