Lacto-fermented Calamansi from Mud Creek Ranch. We let the Calamansi ferment for 8 weeks and then blend the rind, pulp, and liquid for a delicious fermented addition to your meal. Usually you'd find this with Meyers but we did this same process with Calamansi and it's incredible. There is very little of this and once it's gone...it's gone until next year.
