Also known as Celtic Sea Salt or Sel Gris, this salt is primarily harvested in Brittany, France. It retains much of its natural moisture and mineral content due to hand harvesting techniques. Great as an ingredient or finishing salt. Our French Grey Sea Salt is the Tamise Grain size, which is a popular size for finishing and for salt blends and ranges between 1 and 3 millimeters in diameter.
