Flynn, a retired lieutenant general and former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, shared his insights on the challenges and opportunities facing the intelligence community today. With his extensive background in military intelligence, Flynn offered a unique perspective on how to reform and modernize intelligence gathering and analysis to better address the threats and crises of tomorrow. Flynn has also served as the director of intelligence at the U.S. Central Command, director of intelligence for the Joint Staff and director of intelligence for International Security Assistance Force-Afghanistan and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan.
