In the unfortunate event you can’t find any relevant paid finance job, you shouldn’t be discouraged. You should focus your energies into a productive outlet. But it can be incredibly hard to find a relevant paid job. Most financial institutions use the internship program as an extended interview process, with the goal of eventually converting interns into full-time hires.
