Made entirely in stainless steel tanks from a rare (highly aromatic) clone of the grape, it’s gorgeous and full of zesty flavor, crisp acidity, and a lovely green-apple bite that lingers over a long finish. A pale gold-tinged core with brightness at the rim. The aromas are led by Amalfi lemon zest in a blanket of chamomile and fresh cut limestone.
