Description
A Cajun classic, made from scratch from our family recipe, chicken pieces, smoked andouille sausage, onions, celery, bell peppers, butter, salt, garlic, Cajun seasonings, long grain rice, and chicken stock. All these ingredients are slow cooked in our steam kettles and then hand packed into boil bags. You will receive a 2 lbs. bag, all you have to do is place the bag of jambalaya in boiling water for 8-10 minutes and serve.
