This organic gin was bottled by Thompson Bros., and distilled at Dornoch Distillery – which is also owned by Thompson Bros.! Bay leaf, rosemary, meadowsweet and oodles of citrus peels are among the wide array of botanicals in this bright spirit. The label was inspired by a spring walk along Royal Dornoch Golf Course, and this gin manages to evoke the floral seasonal freshness in a glass. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Rich and smooth.
