After more than a decade of working with ayahuasca, we have fine-tuned our ayahuasca retreat Costa Rica program to offer a variety of complementary healing modalities. From our ayahuasca ceremonies guided by ayahuasqueros trained in the Peruvian Mestizo tradition, to our cozy eco-cabins nestled in the lush Costa Rican jungle, every aspect of our retreat is designed to provide a safe, transformative, and deeply healing experience. We limit space in every Ayahuasca retreat to 12 participants to ensure personalized attention and a supportive environment for all guests. Our program includes preparation information before the retreat, share circles after each ceremony, and integration suggestions after the retreat. We also offer yoga sessions, vegan meals, and opportunities for reflection and community support, all to help participants prepare for and integrate their experiences.
