Description

This wine is classically made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Sancerre region. From our Importer: "The Domaine Vacher is an estate of 11.5 ha of vines spread mainly over 3 communes: Verdigny, Sury en Vaux and Menetou Ratel with mainly clay and limestone soils. Originally created in 1990 by Jean-Pierre VACHER. His son Jérôme, following his installation in 2004, has been managing the estate since 2015. This citrus forward sauvignon is great on warm sunny days, with some great seafood or charcuterie!"
