Description
100% Nebbiolo. A benchmark vintage for Barbaresco, the 2016 vintage is a classic expression of the appellation. Grown on the Pora vineyard, this wine is a true representation of the Musso family's dedication to quality and tradition. The wine is aged for 24 months in large oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle before release. The result is a wine with great structure, finesse and a long aging potential. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of red fruit, spices, and a hint of vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, with a great balance between tannins and acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
