Description

Introduced in 1842 by Henri Léveillé under the breeder Laffay, La Reine was among the earliest examples of what we now call hybrid perpetuals—long-lived shrubs capable of repeat flowering throughout summer into fall. Its elegant rosettes unfurl slowly revealing dozens upon dozens of tightly packed silver-blushed petal rows glowing softly beneath morning dew.
